For direct mail campaigns, postage must be paid in advance.
Dealership groups owned by the same corporation receive the total quantity price for multiple mailings from their various dealerships. To qualify, each participating dealership must mail the same mailer format, and the mailers must all print at the same time. Each dealership will receive the price break for the total quantity printed and mailed.
Sourced records are available at a rate of 12¢ apiece. Sourced records are billed separately and are not valid for co-op reimbursement.
SAAL Publishing reserves the right to devote a minimum of 10 working days, Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm EST excluding holidays, from the initiation of a project to the date the advertising pieces go in the mail to; produce, submit for dealer approval, submit for co-op pre-approval, prepare mail list(s), print and address mailers. Failure by the dealership to provide SAAL Publishing with the necessary production time for a project will absolve SAAL Publishing from any, and all, responsibilities regarding additional postage, or any other additional cost, the dealer may incur. Event mailers are required to mail First Class at the Express Mail postage rate at the dealer’s expense if the event is 10 days, or less, from the mailing date. SAAL Publishing does not assume any responsibility for First Class postage if the dealership does not provide the necessary information for the mailer at least 20 working days before the event. SAAL Publishing does not assume any responsibility for set backs to a project caused by delayed feedback from the dealership or any of the appropriate manufacturer co-op departments.
